We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because these are natural food products, colour, size and appearance vary from batch to batch, and photographs are illustrative rather than exact. Such variation is normal and is not a defect.

5. Pricing and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing or description error.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines given at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
