Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with what arrives. If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You will not be charged for return postage in these cases.
Change of mind
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with seals intact, and in a condition we can reasonably resell. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.
What we cannot accept back
Because we sell food, we are unable to accept returns of:
- Any item whose seal has been opened or broken
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
- Products bought under a clearance or final-sale label
This does not affect your rights where goods are defective, unsafe or not as described.
How to start a return
Email organicuncle87@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 93288 57287 with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return, as unannounced parcels can be lost.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or return it under the terms above.
