Cancellation Policy
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel any order free of charge at any point before it has been handed to the courier. Email organicuncle87@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93288 57287 with your order number as soon as possible.
Because we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days, please contact us quickly. Once a parcel is with the courier we can no longer stop it.
Cancelling after dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may either refuse the delivery when it arrives, or accept it and return it under our Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds on cancellation
Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount including any shipping charge is refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order and refund you in full where:
- The item is out of stock or unavailable
- There has been a clear pricing or product description error
- The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- Delivery is prevented by circumstances outside our control
If we cancel your order we will always tell you why, and you will not be charged.
