Where we ship

We deliver across India. International orders are handled separately — we are IEC registered and export worldwide. For overseas or bulk shipping, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order above Rs. 999. Below that, charges are as follows:

Anywhere in Gujarat	Rs. 99
Rest of India	Rs. 149
Orders above Rs. 999	Free

The correct charge is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery pin code.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, typical delivery times within India are:

Surat and Gujarat: 2 to 3 business days
Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is handed over. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Packaging

Freeze-dried products are fragile and highly sensitive to moisture. Every order is sealed and cushioned for transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available, the address was incomplete, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. Redelivery may incur a further shipping charge.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
